Description

Aromatic, spicy, and vibrant. A white cuvée of Solaris and Muscaris that unites fragrance and structure. Delicate floral notes, Mediterranean herbs, lychee, and a salty freshness define this wine – full-bodied and persistent, yet never heavy.

Ideal for sunny afternoons on the terrace or as the first course in a menu. A wine that brings lightness without being superficial.

Perfect with antipasti, asparagus dishes, or a South Tyrolean cheese platter with fresh bread and pickled vegetables.

Eppan Berg, near the Ice Holes. Hof Gandberg, 520 m a.s.l. Loamy, calcareous, deep soil with a high content of white dolomite rock.

Hand-harvested between 24 August and 12 September 2020, each variety picked at its optimal ripeness. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Muscaris spent 6 days on the skins. Aged 12 months on lees in large neutral oak, followed by 9 months in stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered and unfined in April 2022.
