Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. In the event of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

To be eligible for a return, our wines and other products must be in the same condition in which you received them: unopened, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging. We also require the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damage and problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us as soon as possible if bottles have been damaged in transit or if you have received the wrong item. In this case, please send us photos of the package and its contents so that we can document the damage and find a solution together.

Exceptions / items not eligible for return

We cannot accept returns for some products, or can only accept them to a limited extent, for example: opened or partially used bottles, products that are no longer in their original condition (e.g. severely damaged labels or boxes), custom-made or personalised bottlings (e.g. special labels, special bottlings). Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns of promotional items or vouchers.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate purchase.

European Union – 14-day cancellation period

Regardless of this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with labels attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 14 working days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In the event of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
