1.      General shipping information

We work with a fixed shipping rhythm: all orders placed up to and including Monday are collected and usually shipped on the following Tuesday. We ship our wines in 3-, 6-, 12- and 18-bottle cartons.


We ship to the countries listed below. If your country is not listed, we are happy to check shipping options and conditions upon request.

3.      Delivery times

All orders placed up to and including Monday are collected and usually shipped on the following Tuesday. Delivery time therefore depends on the day of order and varies by destination.

4.      Shipping restrictions

We currently ship our wines to the countries listed above. For countries not listed, we are happy to check shipping options and conditions upon request by email.

5.      Damaged or lost orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@thomas-niedermayr.com .

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging so we can find a solution.
Lost parcels: If your order has not arrived, please get in touch so we can check the status with the shipping provider.
